This Tartan (Plaid) Kilt, 3 yard is made from our light weight Tartan fabric which is 100% pure new wool. The Tartan (Plaid) Kilt, 3 yard has a flat apron at the front and is pleated at the back. It has 2 straps to fasten at the left hand side and velcro strap on the inside. A Classic Kilted Skirt That is No Longer Than 27"
